- Cities : Exclusively reserved for small independent structures (e.g. city tourist office). Not eligible for departmental, regional or national organisations.

Does the quote suit you?

If the quote meets your expectations and you wish to confirm your participation, you have two options. 

Provide your contact details, then :

Option 1 – Online confirmation
Confirm your quote directly online. 

Option 2 – Signature and email submission
Print the quote, sign it, affix your company stamp, initial all pages of the quote and the general terms and conditions, check the box « I have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale », then scan the complete document and send it to luxtravelhub@happy-monday.eu

Payment terms

Whatever option is chosen, payment is made exclusively by bank transfer.
To benefit from the Early Booking rate (15% discount), full payment must be received by 15 October 2026 at the latest..
If payment is not made by this date, we will cancel the reservation or apply the current full rate.

NB : 

• The number of exhibitors being limited, reservations are recorded subject to availability and in the order of confirmation/payment.
• The "Square Pack" concept is offered in limited numbers: 20 counters maximum.  
• Intra-community VAT : If your business is established outside the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and has a valid intra-community VAT number, your invoice will be issued with a VAT of 0%, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
• Price excluding VAT. The EARLY BOOKING discount of 15% applies only to packages, not to additional options.
• The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) attached to this order form are an integral part of it and are the only ones applicable, particularly regarding any discounts and payment terms.
